Here on EURNZD M5 we had a killer Fibonacci trade…
Here are the points:
*1 – this was a Fibonacci energy swing – see how this is right at the bottom of the bodies of the candles – only tiny wicks could get slightly below this line
*2 – this is our Fibonacci power level – this is WHERE PRICE ACTUALLY REVERSED! No one looks at power levels (because no one knows about them!)
Look at the long orange line to the right – this is a conventional Fibonacci retracement – look at how price never really respected this line – it is the energy swing and power level that price actually reversed from.
Conventional Fibonacci retracements DO NOT WORK on their own!
